Introduction
Julaine has had many years of experience with people management facilitating development through mentorship, life coaching, and career development as well as effective goal setting and achievement. Her desire is to help youth and young adults learn to embrace themselves authentically, manage emotions responsibly, overcome challenges and mistakes, and discover the best version of themselves.
Career
Julaine Robinson
She has had over twenty years of experience working in the Financial Industry — serving in leadership capacities at the height of that career. She holds an associate degree (First Class Honors) in Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing a BSc. in Guidance and Counselling.
Dr. Faithlyn Wilson
Dr. Wilson holds a BSc. in Management and Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies and a Ph.D. in Education (Leadership Emphasis) from Northern Caribbean University. She received the Prime Minister’s Medal of Appreciation for Service to Education.
Introduction
Dr. Faithlyn J. Wilson is a servant leader and literacy specialist, whose primary motivation is to serve. She has served as principal of El Instituto de Mandevilla (kindergarten and preparatory school) since September 2006.
As an adjunct faculty member at Northern Caribbean University, for over 10 years, she taught courses in literacy at the Master’s level and served on many thesis/dissertation committees. She has also taught courses in leadership, management & communication at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean.
